Creative Development Director, National Youth Ballet

Since 2020 Jo has been the Creative Development Director of National Youth Ballet, in her role she has devised a series of online activities to allow the company to continue activity in response to Covid 19. An alumni of the company she has created 7 original ballets for them and continues to support the emergence of creative talent in her current role.
